Circa 1920-30s Silk Juban Kimono made from Textile Pattern Sample Fabric
This nearly 100 years old amazing graphical kimono looks like a patchwork, but it is actually made from one textile pattern sample fabric. This type of fabric are used to be produced in Japan to promote their patterns to their clients instead of a catalogue. There are 10 different kimono patterns in the kimono (as long as I noticed). It is great condition and the the colour is vivid, and the luxury silk crape texture.
Period: circa 1920-30s
Material: Silk, cotton lining

Shoulder: 63 cm / 24.80 inches
Pit to pit: 61.5 cm / 24.21 inches
Length: 114 cm / 44.88 inches
Sleeve width: 31 cm / 12.20 inches
Sleeve length: 61 cm / 24.01 inches
Please note:
All measurements are taken from the back when the kimono is placed on a flat surface.
The measurements are approximate.
Condition:
Excellent vintage condition.
There may be mild sign of age, however I don't find any other major stains, damages or fault.
I try to describe the kimono as accurate as possible. please see pictures for closer looks. More pictures can be provided on request.
Size: free size
kimonos are box-shape. it will fit many sizes. Please check the measurements. The torso is UK 10 size body.
